Returns
- You may return an item within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items such as innerwear, swimwear, and sale items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- In case of delayed refunds, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
Exchanges
- We currently allow size exchanges for the same product if stock is available.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
